The internationally operating company group Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG is a leading European full range supplier of compact construction machinery. The leading market position in Europe is based on technologically innovative products enabling the company to react to customer requests and market changes - fast and "in a compact way". For this, the company focuses on an SAP-based infrastructure, and company-wide consistent processes.

The introduction project was realized just under 9 months. "The introduction costs were adequate for the functionality we required," comments Anton Müchler.

The action model contributed to a fast introduction. Several process options were evaluated based on a standardized installation, and the basic installation was successively customized to Neuson Kramer’s requirements. "The evolutionary prototype model and the permanent transfer of know-how from DSC to Neuson Kramer considerably contributed to the good acceptance, and fast introduction of the solution. Even changed requirements were realized at short notice. Additional locations are easy to integrate due to comparatively low hardware and software costs, and low effort required for the globalization of the solution ," stresses Anton Müchler.
