Nine-to-five is a thing of the past: DSC offers their employees flexible working hours so that they can balance their job and private life. All employees can see their time accounts and individually compensate their overtime hours with vacation days.

For full-time employees, DSC offers more vacation days than regulated by law: 30 days of paid vacation per calendar year.
