A DSC account is required to access REDPOINT. To get your login credentials, you need to have a DSC or SAP ECTR customer status or a DSC partner status.
OTRS Ticket System
You would rather contact us in written form? Open a ticket in our OTRS system. The Service Center is responsible for the whole process and offers to trace your request, set a priority, and update you on the status.
A login is required to use the OTRS ticket system. To get your login credentials, you need to have a DSC customer or partner status and be using a live system.
